- Supervised the manufacturing process of the products either insourced or outsourced to maintain the quality level of each.

- Led the craftsmen; welders, grinders and laborers to deliver the production plan on time.
- 3d modelling for the products for sheet metal manufacturing and prototyping.

• Ensure that OEE/OPI achieve the world-class 85% rate or above.
• Track and improve the capacity rates of each product.
• Use RCA tools to reduce the breakdowns.
• Track the changeover rate and improve it using SMED.
• Track the utilization “TEEP” of each line and the overall utilization.

• Reduce the overtime rate vs the accepted quantity.
Planning & Inventory
• Put a plan to fulfil the customer needs and to be aligned with the company strategy and goals.
